Please note that all our products are made from scratch, and it typically takes between 10-15 working days (2-3 weeks) from payment packaging. During peak times or special occasions, lead times extend to 4 weeks.

Additionally, please allow an extra 3-5 days for dispatch and courier services. We appreciate your understanding and aim to keep you updated throughout the process!

Payments

Payment Information Your payment will confirm your order. If you placed your order via the website, you will receive an invoice at the email address you provided.

Please allow 24 hours for processing and invoicing. If an invoice remains unpaid for 14 days, the order will be canceled. When purchasing from our online store, you will be directed to the payment gateway to complete your payment. It is the client's responsibility to verify their invoice or cart before making payment to ensure the correct order has been processed. In the event a refund is required,
